Job Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of confirmed job request will only be accepted via online booking cancellation. Job cancellation by telephone will NOT be accepted.

Case 1: If cancellation of confirmed job request is submitted online 4 office hours or earlier before the beginning of the reserved time slot, the cancellation will be accepted. No charge will be imposed on the reservation. The equipment will be released for booking by other customers at the cancelled time period.

Case 2: If cancellation of confirmed job request is submitted online less than 4 office hours before the beginning of the reserved time slot, the cancellation will be accepted. However, a penalty charge will be imposed from the beginning of the reserved time slot, to the end of the reserved time slot or 4 office hours after the submission of job cancellation, whichever comes first. The amount of penalty charge equals to the equipment rental charge multiplied by the penalty charge period. Moreover, the equipment will be released for booking by other customers at the cancelled time period.

Case 3: If cancellation of confirmed job request is submitted online after the beginning of the reserved time slot, the cancellation will NOT be accepted. Full charge will be imposed on the reserved time slot.

To reschedule any confirmned job request, customer is required to submit another online reservation for his / her preferred time slot AND submit an online booking cancellation for the original confirmed job request. The above policy concerning job cancellation shall apply here.
